Is there a book club gender gap? If so, what can society do to help men close the tragic sexual divide?
Per a survey mentioned in The Telegraph, male book clubs have some catching up to do, nabbing only 4% of the total. The problem: Men don’t get it. Their books clubs have blogs, charters, chairmen, and – ahem – monogrammed ties.
Wine, boys. That’s all you need. (Beer will do, in a pinch.) And a good book. I know a few. I’ll bet you do too.
